About Susan

Susan Weiss, PCC is an Executive & Team Coach and Leadership Development Consultant helping leaders and teams elevate communication, strengthen emotional intelligence, and build the capacity to lead with clarity, connection, and impact.

As founder of Dezign Development, Susan brings more than 20 years of experience partnering with Fortune 500 companies, high- growth organizations, and mission-driven enterprises to strengthen leadership effectiveness, team alignment, and organizational culture. Her background in organizational development, talent strategy, and executive coaching enables her to work through a systems lens, helping leaders understand not only their own behaviors, but the broader dynamics and stakeholder relationships that shape performance.

Before launching her practice, Susan held senior leadership and organizational development roles at companies including Nasdaq, Con Edison, Geller & Co., Platinum HRM, and Avon, where she built leadership pipelines, designed development programs, and supported teams through growth and change. This experience allows her to quickly identify what’s really getting in the way and translate insight into practical, sustainable action.
